Can I request a design that’s not shown on your website?
Absolutely! I love bringing new ideas to life. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, just reach out and we’ll create something special together.
How do I place a custom embroidery order?
You can place an order directly through my website or by messaging me with your idea at morgan@timberlakethreads.com, on my Instagram or Facebook pages. Just share the item, colors, text or design, and any inspiration photos—I'll take it from there!
What information do you need from me to start an order?
Item type, colors, font/style preferences, size, and any specific instructions. The more details, the better!
How is pricing determined for custom pieces?
Pricing depends on the item, stitch complexity, size of the design, and time required. I always provide clear pricing before starting your order.
Do you offer custom logos or digitizing services?
Yes! I accept company logos and most artwork. If your design requires digitizing, I’ll let you know before we start.
Are there extra fees for custom designs or logo digitizing?
Some custom logos may require a small digitizing fee. I’ll let you know before we begin.

What items do you embroider on?
I offer hats, sweatshirts, shirts, aprons, baby items, pillowcases, and more. If you have a special request, just ask!
Do you provide the apparel/items, or can I send my own?
Most items are provided by me, but I occasionally accept customer-supplied garments depending on the project.
What thread colors and fonts do you offer?
Lots! I have a wide selection of thread colors, fonts, and embroidery styles. I can help you pick the perfect combination.
Will the embroidery hold up after washing?
Yes—embroidery is durable and long-lasting. I recommend washing items gently to keep them looking beautiful over time.
What sizes/styles of clothing do you offer?
A variety! If you need something specific, let me know and I’ll check what’s available.
Turnaround and Shipping
Do you offer rush orders?
Sometimes, with an added fee depending on my workload. Message me and I’ll see what I can do!
How fast is shipping?
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–5 business days. I always ship quickly and carefully so your piece gets to you safely.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
